Elgin’s Peter McLean has won the 2007 Skelly Cup. This trophy is awarded to the highest place NoSCA rider in the Scottish Senior Time Trial BAR competition. This is based on the average speed covered over the 50 miles, 100 miles and 12 hours events. Peter finished 8th overall and this proves that by simply getting stuck in and being consistent sometimes brings rewards. Peter was totally overwhelmed to receive the cup, which will take pride of place in his living room for the rest of the year. Well done Peter. |
